Technical Analysis not contradicting existing Analyst Buys/Strong Buys.

Stochastic and MACD technical analysis on TMSR are indicating (and reinforcing each other) possible buy signals, including today's 5.53X ADV (112,100 shares) -1/4. BID 11 3/4 ASK 12; SIZE 10 x 20.

TA MACD is positive and Stochastics are giving signals TMSR is oversold, both indicators, of which, are suggesting TMSR may be close to a breakout. Of further significance and further reinforcing these two statistically significant indicators is TMSRs June-present basing period and support around $12/share. The alarms have not gone off on these indicators as Strong Buy indicators, as no breakout has occured to trigger them, but they support and do not contradict the fundamental indicators and BUY recommendations issued by Wedbush, Cruttenden, Black, Wedbush, and Van Kasper.

This post is merely to provide information and is not intended to give investment advise, but merely, that sophisticated technical analysis models (provided by Telescan's WallStreetCity.com) are also confirming TMSR may be close to a technical breakout.

We will continue to watch this closely and relay our thoughts/opinions/comments.

New Len Cereghino "Fact Sheet" dated 02/05/98 received...
Since the last "Fact Sheet" I received which was dated 07/28/98, TMSR has acquired 4 new market makers and lost one, for a net gain of 3.
There are now 12 market makers, whereas only 6 months ago there were 9.
The new ones are Van Kasper, National Securities, Wedbush Morgan, and Nash Weiss.
And there have already been 4 research reports put out on TMSR this year. Wedbush Morgan, Cruttenden Roth, Van Kasper, and Black & Company.

I'm just passing along the information.

Somehow, I would think the more Market Makers, the better!

Hopefully ES will share with us the significance of all this!

>>something smells if you ask me.

not sure now what to make of Cruttenden Roth's retail-side brokers [week of Feb 2] advising their clients to HOLD and not to BUY until further notice...? What did they know and when did they know it? Again, C-R issued [maintained] their BUY on 01-29-98 and C-R retail brokers essentially issued a HOLD the following week...and management is not talking...let's just say, at this point, [allegedly] considerable culpability [may] lie with Cruttenden Roth (retail v. analyst), TMSR management (formal disclosure of material information), and Len Cereghino&Co (ref/2/6/98 fact sheet) including but not limited to the ~40% drop from 52-week high, TMSRs failed secondary, present shareholder concerns, all in light of SEC Rule 10b-5 (re: possible/alleged ommission, disclosure, reliance, representation...) ...Accordingly, we are confident something will break and/or formally disclose soon...
