In the early 60-'s we surfed Devereaux Point sans wet suits and I distinctly remember our conversations back then as we'd walk back to the steep eroded path(prior to stairways). I was too young to have a CDL yet could still use common sense to think: "Why the heck are they building apartments on the bluff when high waves erode it back every year? One day they will fall right off."

Well, that day is here. Proving isn't not seal level rise, it's a self centered greedy bunch of twits with no common sense.
