Andrew, it is not always the case that a great manager is always a great fiscal manager. It has been my understanding that keeping the old management on board, especially during the transition phase is generally beneficial. If I am wrong, then give me an empirical case history where this has not been the case. I guess they should fire everyone and when they can't find an outlet for the coffee machine, what are they going to do?<g>Jin.
