BC, We just spent $12.5B on an elevated electric rail. It just started up a month or so ago and chunks of concrete are already falling off it endangering people below. It took me a minute to remember where you live and what you were talking about. Last time I followed the news regarding the new Oahu rail line, there were two problems: 1) Ancestral burial grounds 2) Hours of operation are too short Now you're telling me that the brand new Democrat-funded rail line is already being categorized as "crumbling infrastructure"?
