I actually pretty much agree with Cally Means.

Americans are for the most part way, way overweight if not obese.

Look at Europeans, they are not.

Japanese, they are not.

For the vast majority.

It simply comes down to the diet that most folks here consume.

No one in my family has ever been overweight.

But lots of Americans love their junk food!

The more fat, sugar and salt the better.

It simply comes down to input over output.
