PG&E is calling this past weekend's storm the most damaging single-day storm in the utility's company's history. It's an interview. Xiden is the president. I think it's clear where he stands on US citizens incarcerated in Russia. Given Xiden is assisting Ukrainian Special ops in assassinating Russians, my guess is that Putin will not engage in any more prisoner swaps with Xiden.
