I talked to the CEO, Ken whatever. I probably didn't get his name right. He had a Scottish accent. Jesus guys, I tried to get some information for us. Don't blame me if it doesn't pan out. I am not a paid informant or counter spy. Just trying to help. Don't shoot the messenger. I think he bought his way in. I also think from his demeanor that he was hosed like we were. I forgot to say that because of all the litigation, he said he couldn't be more forceful and make statements sooner. Looks like the air can start to clear now. This company has some very serious problems, its hanging on a thread. They have a tremendous technology but it is very hard to sell. There is a very real chance that the company will not survive. What choices do we have? Hopefully, he can pull it off. A class action lawsuit will kill the company. I'd like to clobber the old guard. The waste and abuse (theft?) have already happened. We are in very deep water with a tiny paddle. What can we do?
