Skipper; Heck no I haven't bought them all, these are paper portfolios
for tracking , I don't use Front Load funds..they do not out perform
the no loads if you look good, in fact many of them fall behind.
Also the longer term results are skewed to look better, as they
enhance the NAV with the profits off that front load.
IE 3% up front..gives them an extra 1.5% in a 50% runup..
you lose the 3% plus that 1.5% in real terms, and when you come
out it's another .75%, not going to give them 5.25%, for
what I know are NAVs that are enhanced at investors expense.

Pony up to a FL fund ha ...u mean bend over :-)

Any way I market time.
Some TECH funds ran up most 60% last year, only to give back 40%
Now back up 20% , for a total of 40%..if you didn't get it
but halfassed right and missed half that down turn and then caught
only half the up turn..u would still be 10% better off,
that is if u didn't pay loads a coming and going.
