Jeff- You are probably right on the count. I do wish they would have spent a minute explaining a little more what they are expecting from Gaines Berland:

"As a further step in its growth plan, the Company also announced that it has retained
Gaines Berland, Inc., a New York investment banking firm, as financial advisor to
review various strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value."

I called Gaines Berland today and they confirmed the statement as released, namely "to review various strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value". They would not explain further. I don't believe Gaines Berland's financial banking area is helping them in the Bingo exspansion area. They sound like they are looking for other distinct areas to enter now that they have the funds. IMHO What other reasons would a small BB company in Austin Texas hire a financial banking group from New York city.
