Got the PSMT idea from Nick Sleep's old fund letters (which I highly recommend - got my Mobico idea from him, too!). Essentially, the economics of Costco work beautifully for shareholders, consumers and employees which makes it incredibly powerful over long periods of time. And the membership always finds its way to the bottom line despite generating virtually no margin on the wholesale goods.

PSMT was originally founded by the Price brothers who also founded "The Price Club" which later became Costco. I've watched videos on YT and PSMT seems massively similar to Costco but the valuation just hasn't moved in a decade despite retained earnings growing more than 300%! Makes little sense to me...
