Interesting, thanks for the colour. I disagree that the fundamentals are "way worse." Costco's are undoubtedly better and more stable. That said, PSMT is definitely not as great as I initially thought. You're right that it doesn't deserve a Costco valuation. I don't own any shares, either so maybe that also shows my lack of faith in the business and its valuation. The bull case could be if these economies do become more stable, consumers get richer and demand more... but that's not why I brought it up at all. I'm not clever enough to do that sort of work either!
