Doren, But *selfish nimbys* have them. Drive around Oregon, the liberal cities on the west are doing quite well. ... If you don't like where you live move. I agree, but you have to admit it may be difficult when you've been living in an area for decades, and then it changes right underneath your nose because of people moving in. Not only that, but often times the people moving in are those who are trying to ESCAPE the negative aspects of California, only to bring the same exact reasons why California became a shithole to their new communities. After all, the NIMBYs will say, if California was so great, why couldn't they stay there? Tenchusatsu
