Placing the logo elsewhere on the screen is too simple and logical a compromise. Therefore, it'll never happen as it'll be a sign that the head designer was wrong and CNBC can't admit that.

Writing Jack Welsh, GE, and/or Bob Wright, NBC, might be the best approach. Maybe Bill Griffith who seems to be the anchor's anchor of CNBC would also be someone to bombard with objections as he's very attuned to online issues. Maybe he even reads this thread.

Have you noticed that they've darkened the surrounding square around the stupid bird? You can no longer try to "peek" around its feathers.
