Marcos and Dan Smith: Great posts, however I would like to add a few comments In Mexico and other countries, a slang word for beer is chela. You can use it like this: "Vamos a chelear" which means "lets go pound back some beer" "Vamos a chupar un par de chelitas" which means "lets go suck back a few beers" but be careful with this one. Since this is a KRY thread we should comment on the Venezuelan Beer. There are a few types but the most popular is Polar. It comes in a small 222 ml can. cheers
