Not that Mike can't speak for himself, but the fact of the matter is this, filing a Form 10 ain't rocket science. Any garage schlock operation can put together a Form 10 filing. So, the following question is begged and begged strenuously: Why wouldn't a company file a 10?

Perhaps they have something to hide? Perhaps the share #s are a bit higher than the core investors believe them to be? Perhaps the financials are a bit worse than the core investors believe them to be?

It's really amazing. Why is it that stonewalling continues? Whether or not the above is true, failure to file a 10 conveys the PERCEPTION that there is a problem. And why wouldn't any company want to clear up improper perceptions? Perhaps because they are factual?

Just once I would like to see a company come out and say: " We have no news to report because there is no good news to report." or "We are doing a reverse split,1 for 50, because our stock won't ever move because we don't have fundamentals. And sure, once we do the reverse, the stock price will still tank. But that's not why we're doing the reverse. The reverse allows us to issue more shares up to the amount originally authorized..."

That openness would be so refreshing that, using reverse psychology, it might actually stimulate buying.

A lot of competition in the internet business. Yet, it is
still in its crawling stage. Yahoo didn't know they would
be as big as they are. They hadn't made plans to grow this
large. Other companies see the potential of the internet in
the future. As our computers get old, they get passed down
to schools and to people who don't have the money for a new
computer at all. 'We' want the newer, faster versions.

I hear some claim their is no need for some of the 'old'
systems with everyone going to the new systems. What about
'our' used cars, where do alot of them end up? Mexico, for
one place. There they are again babied and used until they
can no longer bandage them back together. Where will our old
computer technology end up? Some place where they will be
welcomed and used. Will those users they find their way onto
the internet? Some day!
Of course, with the technology advancing, some sites will
remain unavailable, but not all. Of course this is only my
opinion.
On the most part, however, 'we' will keep up with the new
technology and the advertising will be directed towards us,
with local advertising still to be picked up by someone,
someway. The future of advertising will become more direct.
With you and I not getting the same ads. Mine may be for
Girly sites ^^ where as yours may be for boyie sites >>! <G>

Get the idea?

Aleta - My offhand comment was my ceremonial good bye. I only ever had a little bit, but it seems to me to dead money, so I sold out approximately even. If they turn into a real company, then I would love to buy back in. They need to show something, like TraderGreg alluded to in the prior post, and I screamed about last week. Talking to shareholders is THE MINIMUM requirement to having any. Reluctance or paranoia about same should cause everbody's alarm buzzer to go off.

TraderGreg and I are both invested in another BB stock that is reporting, has big 6 audited financials, pulled off the acquisition of the decade, is expecting to double revenues again this year, and can't wait to talk to stockholders. The CEO is so excited, you can't shut him up! That's even when the caller is an admitted small investor. The internet doesn't mean crap to him and he never heard of SI. See the contrasts?

Best of luck to you all in all your investments. Hope this company turns into a 10 bagger, but don't see many signs.
Mike
