Ok, understood on EPD.

But on WMB, is there something going on with them that fundamentals should accelerate, or what's the long term story beyong stable reliable profit? They seem to do fine year after year, increase the dividend a bit year after year, but the share price performance seems uninspiring, that's all. And the dividend used to be largely tax free a few years ago, and now it's reversed to largely taxable.

I think it's a fine stock, but a taxable 5.5% dividend and 0-3% share price increase per is, well, fine but not amazing. That's all.
Is there any catalyst in the next 3-5 years that will spur share price increases.

One reason I don't want to sell is I got in a nice lower price, so I've got about 40% share price appreciation that will owe cap gains tax if I sell, but other than that I find it hard to hold long term a 5% payer with no share price appreciation. It's OK, but not super duper.
