Well the long awaited has arrived. By that I mean that FONX management has re-defined another terminology in the English language............."multi-millions". Many of us have been waiting for the ultimate chuckle when we were to find out what "multi-million" would mean in the argot of Studdert, Murdock and Dudley.
This deal is $1.3M upfront, non refundable and $333K for the warrant purchase. Gotta love the "multi-million" phrases kicking around since November. The rest of the deal is refundable and, in my opinion, WILL be refunded only if it is not prematurely frittered away on the way to bankruptcy by the management of this company.
For those of you who were looking for this blockbuster announcement on the Nightly News, have heart. This keeps your stock up til the next drop, which will be killer.

Bob,

Typically, we expect the market is efficient. So the competition
is inevitable. Even if FONX has a "Holy Grail", there will be compatible ones from other companies soon.

If a company can do research and marketing well, and the upside
is attractive, I would buy it given my risk tolerance level.

We see a lot of debates in the last couple of yrs. The major difference is in the risk we want to assume.

Good luck to all.
