Now, aren't you sorry you gave me the opening? I generally try not to impose this sort of stuff on people, but fail in that effort from time to time. Not a bit sorry. It's these kinds of responses that make the forums what they are. If you get me started, I'll tell you some of the fantastic people I've met and the level of shared knowledge we've exchanged. No university anywhere can begin to compare to what's available here. :)) Pat

I'm not sure I would see even this much government regulation as necessary. As I said in another post, information services and forums like this are quite capable of making the cost in lost reputation of bad calls by such analysts, whether they stem from unethical market manipulation, or just plain old bad judgement and incompetence.
