One of the reasons why I have a strong anti zero carbon outlook is because the human race is being played. If there is a shortage of oil from no exploration and poor investment of refining infrastructure, then guess what happens if there is still demand for the product? Same with farming and food ... all sorts. It's a very big and powerful argument, but I will leave out the details for now. You are able to fill in the details yourself imho. Right now, this minute, the USA stock market is riding big on one dose of hopeium. That inflation is not much of a problem. Climate change zero carbon policy will crush that hope in a millisecond, and both food and energy will skyrocket. The consequences will not be happy. What should be happening, is the Davos crowd should be travelling to their meetings on donkeys, (yes really) and making sure everyone has enough financial resources to change from one system run on fossil fuels, to the next system which is solar or what have you. That is how to do Change. It's planned and implemented. Leaders lead from the front by example. You make sure the manufacturing and supply are all tooled up with tested known resources to make it all happens trouble free. In the 1970's Britain changed from Coal Gas to North Sea Gas, and all the burners had to be changed along with the supply. It was planned and implemented properly. These EV and Farming practise changes underway are an unmitigated total disaster in a dozen or so dimensions. Zero Carbon was not zero carbon at all. it was zero planning, zero brains, and zero success. It is clear to me the politicians and their handlers treat the citizens they are supposed to represent with no respect at all. They are setting up the human race for disasters worse then Russian Bolshevik communists ever did, by the look of things. So yes, we are being played like suckers, and it's time to get clued up and getting things to happen in the correct way. If you plan on cutting oil production in half, how is the nation going to change, before the cut takes place ? ... So the cut can be seamlessly implemented. If there has been no real plans made, forget about it. Otherwise natural events will take place and the elite will grab everything as scarce resources (that they still possess and control) claim every excess dollar going. Inflation will skyrocket and put nearly everyone on the bread line, only there won't be any bread. Russia is the current biggest exporter of wheat btw. It wasn't the msm who told me that, I had the impression it was USA, Canada, or Ukraine from those guys. Nope. wtf has happened to our news? Why do I have to listen to the fukking russians, or what have you, to get any real facts? It really is a bloody nuisance. Perhaps NATO should use their noodle a bit more instead of pushing Russia into the arms of China ? It does make me wonder if they are really that dumb or have the commies taken over NATO too?? Boris Johnston went from a conservative MP to the full blown commie overnight when Covid struck. I thought that was a bit weird, but it's clear to me he got his marching instructions one night and that was that. Just watch how inflation plays out every day and month, you have to see past all the bs and fiddling of the figures too. Inflation will not be pretty. Ditch the golden calf's, the unobtainable ideals, and make compromises, do what is feasible and doable today. Babbling on about any other pie in the sky concept will be a waste of time. That goes for the wars too imho. Doren is so right about Suckers being Played. It's on the news every day. You just have to read the news correctly.
