That was a great post. I too think that VSNR will have a great '98. Visioneer will definetly own the image software industry by end of year taking at least 65%+ of the pie. I never heard about this "universal" type software that their coming out with. Sounds exciting, looks like more license revenue in the making! Of all the great products that they make, the one that stands out the most is their Paperport Strobe. That thing is remarkable. I just bought one for my company's CEO and he just loves it. Ease of use + major functionality = great product. BTW, how did you get that great information concerning VSNR's new products to be released?

I don't know about a 'universal interface' software product, but Visioneer announced today they are jumping into the OCR arena.

The article came to me via InfoWeek Online.

So far, no mention on any of the market-related news feeds, and no reaction AT ALL in the share price. I would have thought this news would have prompted a favorable response.
