Alex, I would hope that you would not feel your opinions are better left unstated around here. I fully intend to take my shot at making a living trading stocks. I'm keeping an open mind about the best strategies for accomplishing my goals, although I am convinced that success depends on access to real time information and timely executions; hence things like Level II and electronic execution are, to my mind, essential tools of the trade. I for one appreciate the balance people like you and Robert Graham, among others, bring to this thread in contrast with the exuberance of a DrRisk. I mean no criticism to him, or his point of view, but anyone going into this game should have both eyes wide open, and I think we all benefit from hearing different points of view.
