I found it at SH. goldwater Bloomberg release, ronk and all 2/17/98 17:19(pst) post# 69430 Here is a copy of the Bloomberg release as transcribed to me compliments of Ken Holeski: Bloopers reported tonite that Sosa Gomez in a press conference said that the decision has been ready and will be issued soon. She doesnt want to offer a tenative date but it will be very soon. That she said the delay is because the court has to adjust its 1998 budget to take into account a 10 percent cut in its revenue.
