Do you have an ignorance problem like your friend Poco? You don't agree that it is the President who decides what is a personal record and what is a Presidential record?

This is what is being litigated.

Judge Amy Jackson, in the Clinton tapes case, ruled the president decides:

=> The Presidential Records Act "does not confer any mandatory or even discretionary authority on the Archivist to classify records. Under the statute, this responsibility is left solely to the President," Jackson wrote.
