Welcome to the thread.... I would comment on the #'s of shares....but it really is anyones guess until we see some OFFICIAL documents stating just that...I am in based on the potential growth of this industry...am I (or we) aligned with the company that will claim a large enuff piece of the pie...time will tell.... Someone else may be able to reply to your question on the shares.... Btw, I am learning just by watching...I appreciate you asking questions I was a chickensh& to ask...G*
