Nowadays, just look at the tent cities, the drug addiction, the lack of health cover, the lawlessness, it's a harder question to answer. I like the USA, so I am biased. If anyone want to get a Westerners inside view of what Russia is really like (I have never been there) I suggest watching this guys videos. They are hilarious.
