Al, I don't know exactly what's going on but I can take a shot at it: ( Pick one) 1. Some company may be buying AER Energy Inc. 2. The news release on Dec. 11 has come to fruition and they have developed a smaller battery. 3. People are making so much money on other stocks that they figure "What the heck". 4. None of the above I noticed the bid and ask price prior to the sale at 1 3/8 and thought it was a misprint. RG
