The 2.2M shares are added to the current outstanding shares. I'm responding from home, so I don't have the current amount available. The warrants do not go to Union or Yorkton, but to the subscribers who took down the shares. A news release is required when any warrants or options are exercised. Incidently, we have a group from Senepar, the water utility for the City of Curitiba, Brazil visiting us for factory acceptance testing of their system. They are already discussing a major expansion of their system, which they expect to award as early as this spring. Regards, John
