to all - CNBC just stated that PFE/Viagra has 1,500 AGGRESSIVE sales people pushing the drug since its approval last week - a physician friend of mine said that PFE is dumping samples of product on the market to jump start the sales cycle - could prove to be very hard to generate any enthusiasm of other products while this blitz is on - Anyone know the status of the shareholder lawsuit - rumor was there was a preliminary hearing in Reno last week (?). I'm interested in the outcome ..... I've been following AXPH (formerly ARRS and SQNA before a merger - stock looks poised to gain quick 50% in next 90-120 days - positive announcements and patent approvals paving way - PLUS lots of cash in reserve as result of merger - AND last remaining SQNA hurdle has stated he will vacate board seat and not standfor re-election!!!) Just an FYI .... Good investing .... Sly-1
