Trent-- We all appreciate the time you've taken to answer our questions. @Home is a progressive leap in technology, and thus little understood. In fact, it seems that the same misunderstandings repeat themselves on this thread. Correct me if I'm wrong: Set top boxes are not a component of @Home service. Second, digital cable provides more cable channels with improved quality, but it is not the same thing as @Home. Have I got this right? In lay terms... ATHM provides very fast internet service through (upgraded) cable. Because cable is a 'wider pipe' more data can be transfered than any price-competetive alternative. Also it leaves your phone line free for regular use. Am I close? Paul
