Joachim, Completely deranged. Actually, she's only 25% deranged in this context. She's right in calling out Trump as a PooTin cuck, even though she obviously can't use the c-word in public. But she's wrong in assuming PooTin has "something financial" on Trump. Trump isn't a PooTin cuck because of finances. Instead, Trump is a PooTin cuck because of pure ego. Both are portraying themselves as larger-than-life figures. Both are portraying themselves as resistance fighters against the eViL gLoBaLiStS. Both fancy themselves as strong leaders who favor authoritarian means to benefit their own countries.
