While I don't know what the declared short position on JOT is (and won't bother looking it up because as I'm sure everyone knows, it only represents an unknown fraction of the real short position), I can't imagine it would be huge. Most shorts will have had the sense to cover given the rapid descent the last few months. JOT is very close to its 45 cent 52 week low.

Now that the company has conceded the Lotus deal may not happen and weakly said they would be able to carry on for awhile if it didn't (just what investors want to hear) support has left it.

I've been watching for a long time and have a very well placed source who I'm going to check with this week to get his take on it. He was very bullish on it before but it will be interesting to see where he stands now.

Finally some stability today.
Up 17 % under new name...maybe they should have switched the name officially back in November before the tailspin.
Anyhow, Good luck.
