The greening effect is real.

As said, it's entirely possible that the reason we are here is to drill for oil and pump some CO2 out into the Atmosphere.

A number of scientific sources indicate we were near the point where organic life on Earth fails.

I have no idea, but not so sure anyone else does either. The global warming could be entirely natural, and loonies like Bill Gates trying to interfere with the environment should be restrained.
