Again, it was already established in a court of law why the judge denied a jury to Trump. He wrote almost a whole page about it.

It's already been established, in a court of law, based on the preponderance of the evidence (the standard set forth by civil cases), that he raped her and defamed her.
I bet I could find a court of law that would establish that Joe Biden raped Tara Reade.
