Frankly, I would suggest to the government get rid of inheritance tax. Earning a real fortune is hard and it takes a big slice of luck. I am talking about those who legitimately earn a fortune rather then those who take short cuts. Probably the worst thing to do is take their money when the owner passes on and hand to some numpty public officials who think they know what they are doing.
