I do not doubt the testimonials of people who have had problems with Iomega products.

However, I submit that "dozens of individuals" hardly represents a significant sample of users when more than 12 million drives have been sold.

By the way, do you ever respond to reasonable arguments? Or are you only interested in complaining that people have called you names? I don't recall calling you any names myself, yet you have not rebutted my factual statements regarding Zip's reliability.
