Wharfie,
What else is changing the climate right now besides GHGs?
In no particular order ...

1) Urbanization

2) Smog and other emissions

3) Pollution from chemicals or garbage

4) Overcultivation of lands

5) Overhunting, overfishing

6) The very existence of eight billion humans

7) Solar activity

8) Variable cloud cover

9) Volcanic activity

That's just off the top of my head.

You can say that none of the above has as much impact on the overall climate as CO2, but I argue that all of these variables, along with variables we haven't discovered or fully understand yet, contribute just as much (if not more) as CO2 does to a climate that is constantly changing.

So yeah, keep reducing CO2 emissions, if it makes you feel better. In the big picture, it's not going to make a difference.
