I was being facetious, you cant cast all the ranks for a single candidate, but that is how it should work to not dilute the votes

I'm going to take that seriously.

If some central organization or fec -type monitor throws out votes illegally cast, but counted as "I voted" but not counted for anybody, so you can't vote twice, three times, etc, or by mail and in person, it could throw out the bad ones and ignore the out of CD (Congressional District) area, and not count an out of area vote.

State Constitutional iisues may be O K to vote on by a resident who is not a citizen, but a federal election has to have stricter standards.

We're all the calls and surveys by the NRC checking and double checking, or still too lax, or thorough?

I think Trump is right, and we need 1 day voting on paper ballots, proved y a photo ID, but is the software fully certified and vetted?

The election poll workers have to have sophisticated software to checkany submitted photo ID and to see through any AI copy or change. That is, check it by a database match, not by eyesight.
