The conspiracy Chris G, Freddie and Sye...Motive profit! Trying to draw people in to BUY, only to sell your shares at a higher price. This theory is just as possible possible as your's. ;-) True, only difference is I come out and say I want this stock Higher, and I'm down talking what I consider hype, eg.. the listing. Sye

Unfortunately, the principals are profiting at the expense of shareholders. I'm really not at a fan of these shareholder lawsuits, however, it would be interesting to see how formal the informal funnelling of misleading information directly through IR would be considered and how much of that responsibility would weigh on those communicating the false information. I would assume the company would take responsibility for any and all information emanating from their offices, that would only be fair. As soon as I receive clarification I'll share it with all interested parties. milberg.com
