While this thing is no longer value given how it has risen I share as this goes back to our prior discussion(s) on them issuing equity.

Today they announced they will be selling more common stock. This on top of the equity offering they just did in December + the convertible notes.

Mr. Market seems to have finally woken up this time as it's down 8% in pre-market.



FWIW I did try my hand back at CRCT again at $5.08/s on 3/14. It looked to have gained support and with it being at a low I felt it was a good entry. FCF last year was good and they have almost no debt. 52-week high was around $17/s so if they return to $8-10/s from this low $5.08/s range then I will be a happy camper.
