There are words and there are numbers. The numbers tell us she didn't do a very good job. Inflation was global and it's relatively easy to end (high interest rates). She doesn't get points for what central banks did. So what did she do? The previous images and... "The economy' Britain got hit by two major recessions under Thatcher, which sandwiched the boom of the 1980s but even that boom never saw GDP grow by more than a couple of percent." The Guardian China proved her comments about communism to be iffy at best.
