Eugene,

My opinion. SSAX bought out an affiliate recently. They appear to have paid for the company buy giving the individuals who owned the affiliate shares in SSAX, 688,668 to be exact. They list those individuals in the SEC filing. I guess part of the deal was the affiliate shareholders wanted their new SSAX shares in their hot little hands pretty quickly, as opposed to not getting freely tradable shares until sometime later.

I guess if I'd been them, I'd have said I wanted my shares now. I hope the purchase of the affiliate is a good deal for SSAX. If the deal is accretive to earnings then dilution won't be a factor for investors to worry about. I don't know however how that will shake out.
