[TXN and Cioffi]

If Cioffi is not joining TI, where do you think that leaves TI in terms of DMT? Cioffi was supposed to be the unreplaceable brains behind AMTX.

I'm not sure if he'll be a consultant or not. The DMT work has been headed by Jim Hood for some time now and, in fact, at the time of the TI announcement, Cioffi hadn't been at his office for several months, spending time, instead, at Stanford.

The patents haven't been changed. Amati/TXN holds everything they always have and that won't change.

Hope this helps.
