Or are they being told to do just that So first you cite "a report" that you don't link to. Then you conclude that people transition because they are "told to" even on it's surface that's absurd. NOBODY... NOBODY wants to go through a painful series of medical treatment only emerge as a member of society hated by bigots anymore than people want to go through cancer treatment. No parents want to hear their kid wants to transition to become a person hated by bigots. That'd be like a European Family telling their kid they should transition to become an Asian in 1941... sheech... your ignorant logic fails miserably. I know a lot of trans people, none of them thought it was a great thing that they didn't feel comfortable in their own body. None of them started the transition without a lot of fear and misgivings. All of them were warned repeatedly they might not be happy with it. They did it DESPITE their fears and the warnings.
