The choices are usually made by a voice in their heads saying something like, "Why should I go out and play football when I really want to be playing with dolls?", or vice versa.
That's fine, but it's still a conscious decision.

To go further and harm children with state-mandated puberty blockers and other gEnDeR-aFfIrMinG operations is sickening.
