Russia bans gasoline exports for 6 months from March 1 (Reuters) How is this possible? I thought RuZZia was one of the biggest producers of oil in the world! Surely they should be able to refine a significant portion of that oil into gasoline, meet ALL of their domestic needs, AND export the rest of it at profit! Get this. The article doesn't say it, but RuZZia claims that the ban is due to "planned maintenance at their refineries." Yep. This six-month ban on gas exports was all pLaNnEd. cAlCuLaTeD. Maybe we can get Moscow Qarlson to go back to RuZZia and report on how this ban means nothing because his favorite grocery store there is still stocked with cheap food ... Tenchusatsu
