Amazing,

Just a few comments about the lack of commitment to NETZ !

The letter was sent a while back and was described on this thread or the old one. It had no new earth shaking news, but was just a recount of some of the news we knew of. Not all the shareholders are on line it seems.

If you go to my site you can see the S&P report from around 9/97. However it seems that it might be outdated with the purchase of the 65% of SoftBank. A recent post talked of 33 million outstanding shares, I think I was told 30 million back in October or so and the S&P filling also describes this level. Seems we may have used some 3 million shares and some cash for SoftBank. According to a news report out of Japan I think the number used was 5 million dollars about for the purchase.

I would also think that unless you have asked for your shares to be physically sent to you that you are not on the mailing list of stock holders and the ones you should be bitching at are your brokers for not forwarding the information to you.

By the way I do own NETZ stock ( for the 3rd time )and am not and have not been paid by them or anyone else to talk about their company.

One of the biggest things that is going to happen to this companies valuations in the near future is the IPO of DoubleClick ( any day I here ) If it does well we NETZ stock holders could be very happy with are current holdings.

I also think that all of you who keep complaining about the company issuing financials are full of it! If you want to invest in a company with financials from a big 6 accounting firm go do it! Sell your NETZ and go do it! NETZ never said they were going to issue financials ! They did say that they intend to become a listed company on the AMEX or NASDAQ ( which would require the filling of audited statements ). Even if the company fully intends to supply audited statements there is no way they could be done now ( short of a miracle )! Its only been about 45 days since we got control of SoftBank.

I also disagree with those of you who think every stockholder has the " right " to call and talk to the company about their investment. It seems to me the biggest pains are the ones that have 1 or 2 thousand shares and expect the CEO to be called to the phone every time they call. It's a crock of crap and I know it has been happening. Do you really want the CEO or for that mater anyone being bothered by someone with 200 bucks worth of stock? They ( NETZ people ) better have much better things to do with their time.

I also think its a crock of crap for shareholders to call the customers of the company to verify the facts of a press release. If you don't trust the company then you sure as heck should not be a share holder in any such company. If you want the company to do well then the last thing you should be doing is calling and bugging the companies customers!

Does NETZ have every company as a customer that SoftBank had when we bought it? Hell only a fool would think so. Does NETZ have new customers for its echoMedia products from the SoftBank customer base only a fool would think not. Does SoftBank have new customers from the echoMedia customer base, Only a fool would think they don't!

Can the Automotive Industry save a fortune on communication costs buy processing information via the Net? I bet its insane amounts of money they could save!

I also think the MM are collecting lots of stock at the current levels. If you ask me from what I have seen they are try everything in the book to scare folks out. Bad-print of .125 sells or trades is one of the best. Down ticking on 5k shares is another great one. Every 0.01 equals about 330,000.00 of market cap for the company to lose that kind of market cap on a trade of $1,000.00 is pure bull in my opinion and does not come anywhere near the reality of the market. The MM are collecting the stock and getting it cheap.

The bottom line is that I like the near and long term prospects for this company.

All the above is just my opinion.

Bob
