Tax on cars, trucks, whatever, should be based on miles driven, weight of vehicle, and maybe tread of tires as some treads are a lot less destructive to roads than others. Should be a monthly fee based on miles driven which electric car and new car computers should make easy to report. Fines for deliberately cheating should be millions of dollars and years in jail especially for people like Trudeau, all liberals and NDP and all the global warming bullshitters out there.
