In the business world, as we all know, if you can not get the "job" done, another will be in line to fill your shoes. It is possible that he was charged with getting and keeping the PR of the company up and keeping the stock price up, as good as one can. Sometimes the hatchet falls just because they need to make changes or need a new face. I know of people doing a good job at work and still are replaced, "just because". When they confronted their boss, an excuse was given. There is always reasons to get rid of anyone if they (the company) believe it's in their best interest. IMO
I hope that the change will be of benefit to this company.
gary :)

Hi everyone....

Boy oh boy what a day...One quick answer to someone....The liners aren't in yet...will be in by end of month...Yes,I am still watching this stock very carefully to see where it's going. Maybe you all think I'm crazy...I have been accused of that before, especially when I start ripping heads off on the Yahoo site, when they make me angry <ggg>..What's sad is there only a few of us left over there. A lot of people stopped posting. You say anything positive at all, you only get attacked, so for the time being, "heck with it"...So, as Goldfinger (HE'SSSS BACCCKKKK), who has returned so quaintly put it....when I feel this has levelled out, I mean really levelled out, I will be "following the women and the Canadian" and plan on buying some more at what I hope is a more opportunity moment. I still don't think it's a bad company...Lots of small companies encounter the same problems that larger companies do. Only thing is,it's worse when it happens...If Stan is gone, so be it. There are other people to run things. Whatever the reason, whether there was a conflict or problem with how he was doing things, one way or the other,it obviously caused change at the moment. The company will go on, he will be replaced. Not being there at the time, I cannot venture a guess as to the real reasons. We can only speculate, which at this point, that's the last thing we need to do. El Nino may be even more persistent I have just heard today. The mine,I believe is getting mostly rain, whereas the mill has snow. There is nothing we can do about that. This is not a company excuse or ploy to stall anyone. Will that hurt the stock? Possibly, but hopefully only temporarily. S**t happens. That part of it has nothing to do with a company's ability at all. So, while everyone is worried, and I agree with such a low price, there are more positive things on the horizon. Everyone has to do what they have to do. For those of you who choose to sell, I can only say, keep your eye on the stock and further future developments. For those of us who choose to continue holding, there should be positive things to look forward to in the future. Have a good evening everyone.
