Green investments peaked when money was free. Now with a cost of capital, it will wane and pipedream projects are no longer justifiable. Renewables and EV's have been hyped similar to "the ubiquitous internet in 2000. Not that EV's and renewables won't grow, but it has now been 24 years later. Remember that Amazon would shut down Walmart? Walmart embraced the omni channel and things have slowly evolved. I think the huge push for going green was from politicians to get money from those who would benefit. Thus the mandates and no public voting on this malinvestment decision making process. We never voted on an open border either! The days of political mandates and government overreach are about to take a step back. I hope this election teaches those power hungry politicians an important lesson. The little guy - the American voter has had their belly full of overreaching politicians who have become little dictators and overly impressed by their elite views and have taken the right to choose away from the voter with green powered mandates. We are about to open a huge can of political whoop ass, on those who have taken their self appointed powers over the little guys right to choose. This is an overreach that WAS INITIATED DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC. EV's not being popular broke the camel's back and has turned the trend. IMO The pendulum has reversed and will do some head chopping. Big government spending has created inflation that impacts all. Republicans, Democrats and the independents. Large BS bills: Covid freebees both Trump's and Biden's have juiced the money supply and it was all printed fiat money. When it is all said and done, GUESS WHAT? IT WAS THE FLU! A BAD FLU FROM CHINA AND NONE OF THESE GREAT LEADERS DID SQUAT ABOUT IT! FIAT MONEY that Powell never bitched about or predicted inflation as a result. He called inflation transitory when his reappointment was ongoing. He saved his job and became a political Chairman. "The inflation protection ACT" USHERED IN THE NEW GREEN DEAL 2.0 ,This AGAIN was done without a public vote. The open border was accomplished AGAIN without a vote. Biden snubbed the working class and gave freebees to the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS , on the bet he'd get their votes in the blue states (who would kink the voting laws just like they did in the Covid pandemic time period). It was a go for broke attempt to change how the US voted, or from my little guy view better said DID NOT vote on. I'm sensing a large swing vote that has had their belly full of new programs that in the end we all pay for with in the pocket book/family budget. Most of which are all hugely evil plans to perpetuate the Democrats into total perpetual control. It is funded by NGO's and foreign governments NOT WE THE PEOPLE! In short : IT IS THE THEFT OF OUR RIGHTS TO DETERMINE OUR FUTURE! A lot of historical Democrat voting strongholds have had the cost (or better said unintended consequences) of these programs put on their family budget, and seen the preference and freebees shift to non-citizens and don't appreciate the snub. Many have seen their welfare been ignored and are frankly just plain pissed! The Red wave will come an election later than anticipated 2024 vs 2020. If anyone who reads this post, senses this and agrees with it - you'd better voice your displeasure and PERSUADE THOSE WITH THEIR EYES CLOSED TO WAKE UP AND VOTE FOR TRUMP. If not, weESE may never get your rights back again. As voters we get and deserve WHAT AND WHO WE VOTE FOR. Just remember this time we got more than what we voted for. It will be important to remember WHO CRAMMED THESE BULL SHIT BILLS AND FALSEHOODS DOWN OUR THROATS! That is all I've got to say about that! Bob
