Responses: Gary - I don't think I ever owned a stock that didn't have at least one of those types of lawsuits against the company... Lisa - The Range Expansion Indicator is a MS Excel based method of determining if a stock that has risen high or low stochastically is worht holding, buying or selling. it works best for trending stocks, and basically looks at the spread and rate and direction of price change of several days highs, lows and closes. I will post a longer piece on it tonight, but if anyone wants it, they need to email me and tell me whether you use a Mac or PC. M ost other spreadsheet programs can import it, btw. lastshadow
